BMSEED Chooses Intellectual Property Law Firm BSKB

BMSEED (www.bmseed.com) was recently awarded $50,000 from the NIH Small Business Phase II Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) Consulting Services program with the goal to strengthen the company’s IP portfolio. We have chosen the law firm Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) to represent BMSEED for the TABA program. BSKB (www.bskb.com) is an internationally-recognized and highly-respected intellectual property law firm committed to obtaining and enforcing IP rights.

The TABA award will allow BMSEED to file two non-provisional patent applications by August 2022, and develop an IP strategy for the next 3-5 years. We are very excited about this opportunity to strengthen our intellectual property and to protect our business in the marketplace

We greatly appreciate the support of the NIH!

Sincerely,

Team BMSEED
